For anybody who might be thinking about restyling their existing kitchen , a more cost effective option is to renovate the existing kitchen. This can range from replacing all kitchen cabinet doors & worktops – so only keeping the existing cabinet carcasses . Or to lesser extent just updating the worktops to match the current trends
CL Joinery finished project within 2 days. The biggest issue we had was been able to remove the existing worktops without damaging the existing kitchen tiles which were sitting on top of the worktops.

The images above capture the first stages of the worktop renovation . So we begin by removing the existing worktops , sink and electric hob .
Once the existing worktops have been removed, the new worktops can be fitted straight away , due to the replacement worktops having the same depth 38mm we were able to slot them back under the wall tiles
Next in the process after fitting the kitchen worktops, is installation of the gas hob and kitchen sink, both of these were located in their previous locations so only required limited changes to their existing connections . After this the new integral oven can now also be fitted
